E. Werner Reschke graduated from Sunset High School. Reschke earned a B.A. in business administration from Oregon State University in 1988. His career experience includes working as a business owner, in sales at Dynatran Software,
as a web marketing manager at Tektronix, and as a president of a web development company.
Reschke served on the board of directors of the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce.
