Samuel Fieldman
Samuel Fieldman is a prominent advocate and consultant on issues related to Article V of the U.S. Constitution. Fieldman began studying the process as a young lawyer shortly before the birth of his twin daughters in 2011 as a means of fighting for their future. He joined Wolf Pack (formerly known as Wolf-PAC) the day it was founded and has served in numerous leadership roles within that organization, currently as Legal and Legislative Delegate to the National Council.
In the years since, Fieldman has become among the leading experts on the convention for proposing amendments under Article V. He has testified before dozens of state legislatures across the country. He has often presented at conferences for law schools, civic organizations, lawmakers, and advocates. And he has participated in public discourse with other experts and formal public debate with opponents. Fieldman has worked as a consultant or a volunteer researching the convention process not only with Wolf Pack, but also the Federal Fiscal Sustainability Foundation and the Massachusetts Citizens Commission. He has also worked closely with numerous local and national groups on issues of good government and advocacy, such as Rank the Vote and American Promise.
