For the past three years, he’s been tracking legislation and exposing legislative deceit through videos on social media. By educating others about upcoming hearings and key dates, he’s working to awaken civic engagement in his generation. Max believes the spirit of the country lives on through those willing to fight for it, and he plans to do just that through a career in public policy.

A proud father, he and his wife enjoy national parks and the horse culture of the Utah-Arizona region. Bradley has been involved with the Commission for three years and is committed to advancing federalism, state empowerment, and good governance on the national stage.

David Custer

CEO Office Lead/Special Project

David’s background is a small business owner and entrepreneur who has directly experienced the impact of poor governance and its effects on small businesses. With his experience in the tech industry coupled with his classical education, he gained a unique perspective of both the benefits and challenges to which government has had in adapting to the last two rapidly changing decades.

David resides in central Illinois with his wife and four children. David believes deeply that federalism and the states are the best chance of restoring good governance.

Paul Galushkin

Delegate Services

Paul immigrated from Ukraine to the U.S. in 1993 with his family, seeking a better life. One of 13 siblings, he learned early the value of hard work, sacrifice, and unity—lessons that shaped his deep gratitude for America’s opportunities. Now a U.S. citizen living in Northern California with his wife, Tatyana, and their two children, Paul gives back through community service and social media. He leads with integrity and purpose, driven by a simple mission: to help others build strong futures and contribute to keeping America great for generations to come.
